Our new on-site, employee staffed, Call Center is officially open. This new service is designed to improve your member experience when calling the credit union.
You will still reach us by calling, 716-284-4110. Please listen carefully though as some of the menu options will change. Here is what you need to know:
- If you know your party’s extension you can dial it at any time.
- To find an employee using their name, press 1.
- For telephone banking, press 2.
- To reach our member experience team, press 0 or stay on the line.
- Your position in queue will move up as calls are answered and you will be notified as to what position you are in.
- You will be given the opportunity to stay on the line or request a call back. The call back option allows you to keep your place in line without staying on hold. To receive the call back, please follow the prompts. A member of our team will return your call in the order in which it was received. PLEASE NOTE: this option is only available from your home or personal phone number and your caller ID must be available.
- Calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.
