Time is money – make the most of it! If you are looking for a longer term savings option, then a Niagara’s Choice share certificate might be the right option for you. This financial product is a low-risk way to increase your savings over a fixed period of time called a “term.” During the term of the certificate you cannot touch the money. Meanwhile, you earn a fixed percentage yield which is given back to you upon the completion of the certificate’s term. The yield is often referred to as an APY or Annual Percentage Yield. With various terms available, you can choose the option that works best for you.
- Our share certificate accounts offer higher dividend rates for specific terms.
- Share certificates earn interest. Dividends are compounded daily and posted quarterly on the average daily balance.
- We offer terms of 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, and 60 months.
- Low $500 minimum deposit
- Insured by NCUA.
To open a Share Certificate you can stop into one of our branches during normal business hours.
